I had a great experience with eCare Medical Supplies. James was my delivery specialist and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. He took extra time to make sure the rental equipment was installed properly and that I was fully trained and comfortable using it. He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable.
When James returned to pick up the equipment, he was just as kind and courteous. He checked in to see how the equipment worked for me and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Excellent customer service—thank you, James and the eCare team

My parents purchased a lift recliner from eCare for my dad. There were a lot of chair options and fabric/colors to choose from. Delivery was made in the Navasota/Hempstead area with no problem. My parents could not be there for delivery so my husband was there. James and Aron provided exceptional service. Not only did they go through all the details about the chair with my husband, but they also let him FaceTime my mom and went over it all again with her. They also took time to answer all the questions she had.

Ordered and received a rental chair. Aron and James delivered the chair. They were very fast and efficient. These men are very nice and people friendly. They set the chair up. James explained how to use the chair. Aron explained some of the safety measures, like covering up the cord so I don’t trip. These guys are very good representatives for your company and I appreciate the time they took with me.

He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommend both the company and James for anyone needing reliable medical equipment and support.

E Care was very easy to work with and I was able to arrange same day delivery so that I would be all set for my husband’s discharge from the hospital. James set up the chair, went over all the settings, and made sure I was happy with the position in the room. All and all a very positive experience.

The delivery by James was top notch! He took extra care with moving, setup, explanation, and demonstration. Very thoughtful and considerate of our situation and how the chair could be best used. James was also very careful as to not mark our walls while moving the chair through a tight corridor. Excellent service!

We can’t say enough about the awesome service. My dad got home today from surgery and we didn’t expect to need a lift chair but last minute realized it was needed. We made the call at 4:30pm, they had it delivered by 6:30pm. Truly grateful and the service was beyond great. We would definitely recommend to anyone needing medics equipment rental.
