We can’t say enough about the awesome service. My dad got home today from surgery and we didn’t expect to need a lift chair but last minute realized it was needed. We made the call at 4:30pm, they had it delivered by 6:30pm. Truly grateful and the service was beyond great. We would definitely recommend to anyone needing medics equipment rental.

James delivered my lift chair today ahead of my shoulder surgery tomorrow morning. Was exactly on time as he said he would be. Very pleasant young man who was very polite and had my chair set up and ready in just a short time. He explained all the details and gave me a rundown on how everything worked. After a few minutes of conversation on how I hurt my shoulder and it was while gator hunting in September. Well that’s when he found out I had been on Swamp People. I gave him a little tour of my shop and explained a little bit of what I do. If every business had an employee like James, they would always have customers. I know that I will probably be having surgeries as long as I keep going wide open and will use this company when me or my family needs medical equipment. Thanks again James for the conversation and look forward to seeing you again in a month!!!

We got home at 3pm from my wife having hip replacement surgery. Our bed was too high for her to get into and her recliner was too low. E Care Medical Supplies not only had the rental medical bed and lift chair she needed but, they provided same day after hours delivery. James delivered the bed and chair by 5:30pm. James quickly and courteously set them up and made sure my wife was comfortable with getting into and out of the chair and the bed. James checked to see if we needed anything else before leaving.
